Dr. Steinberg has always shared a special connection with cats and their owners. This sparked her to open The Cat Clinic of Orange County in 1988, where she practiced for 26 years. She has been a board certified feline specialist since 1995, and has always had a special interest in the management of disorders involving senior and geriatric cats. With a desire to restore quality feline medicine and client service to our community, Dr. Steinberg has returned as co-owner, Veterinarian, and Medical Director of the Cat Clinic.
Tracy began working with Dr. Steinberg in 1999 and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2004. She quickly fell in love with feline practice and has come to truly enjoy the relationships that people develop with cats. Tracy enjoys the community feeling of private veterinary practice. This is why she has returned to feline practice as co-owner and Hospital Administrator of the Cat Clinic.
Tracy began working with Dr. Diane in 1995, and they worked together in feline practice for 13 years. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician and became board certified as a technician specialist in small animal internal medicine in 2008. Although she currently practices as a Veterinary ICU Nurse at the University of Pennsylvania, this does not stop Tracy from being an active part of the Cat Clinic team. She joins Dr. Diane and Tracy N. as co-owner and offers her skills in writing blogs about feline care, and maintaining our website and social media.
Amber has been working in feline medicine since 2001, when she joined Dr. Steinberg's practice. She became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2007 and obtained a certificate in advanced veterinary imaging with a focus on abdominal and cardiac ultrasound in 2009. Although Amber loves all animals, she likes working with cats because they are often misunderstood in the veterinary community.
Ashley joined Dr. Steinberg in feline practice at the young age of 17, and she's loved it ever since. She has come to appreciate the calm, quiet environment of feline practice and working with a team that shares the same goals of quality client and patient care. Ashley can be found in many areas of the clinic, but spends much of her time assisting clients in the reception area.
Dawn has always loved animals of all kinds, and has been caring for the boarding cats of our community since 2006, when she began with the Cat Clinic of Orange County. She especially loves cats because they have "an aura of mystery with their own language". Dawn is a calming presence that cats really appreciate and joins the Cat Clinic as the primary caregiver of our feline-only luxury boarding service.
Jessica has been working in feline practice since 2013. She appreciates the Cat Clinic environment because it is a place that cats and their owners can come and feel relaxed. She joins our feline care team with a commitment to making the veterinary experience a positive one for our clients and patients.
Des has been with Cat Clinic since 2015. She finds cats "incredibly interesting and adorable", and is a true cat lover. She joined Cat Clinic's team because she appreciates being a part of a team "genuinely cares for the well being of the cats that come through our doors".
Kimberly was a veterinary student in the Philippines and is preparing to continue her veterinary education here in the US. She joined our team in August 2016 after volunteering at a cat sanctuary. Being a part of our team is special to her because "she gets to work with a wonderful, caring and friendly feline specialist and hospital staff".
